Bean Base API - Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

Access to the Bean Base API is granted at the discretion of Loffee Labs and may be restricted or revoked at any time. Use is intended for developers, researchers, and students engaged in non-commercial or educational projects.

2. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the API solely for the purpose of:

  • Research and data analysis

  • Educational or academic projects

  • Internal non-commercial development

Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of the data without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Student Access

Students may request access by providing:

  • Full name

  • University affiliation

  • Course name or supervising professor

  • University-issued email address

We reserve the right to verify student status before granting access.

4. Data Rights and Restrictions

All data provided by the Bean Base API is curated by Loffee Labs. While some information is publicly available or derived from open sources, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable third-party rights if you publish or redistribute derived work.

  • Rehost or resell API data

  • Use the API for automated mass marketing, spam, or commercial scraping

Attribution to Loffee Labs is appreciated when using or publishing work derived from our data.

5. API Key & Rate Limits

Access requires an API key. You agree to:

  • Keep your API key confidential

  • Not share it with third parties

  • Respect any rate limits or usage quotas

We may suspend or revoke keys for abuse, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms.
